    2 coffee - 100

    Lunch:
    garden salad & vinaigrette dressing - 200
    apple - 70

    snack (some chocolate) yikes - 200

    Supper:
    beef quesadillas - 400
    hot chocolate - 60

    Exercise: 2 mile walk at mall during lunch
    October Miles = 4

    Water: 80 oz

    Total calories: 1250
  • Tuesday, 10/19

    Breakfast:
    1 wheat toast - 50
    1 c 2% milk - 120
    2 coffee - 100

    hot donut (thanks guys at the office) - 250

    Lunch:
    2 slices wheat bread - 160
    3 slices turkey - 30
    tomato - 25

    Supper:
    fried shrimp - 400?
    baked potato - 200

    Exercise: 2 mile walk
    October Miles = 6

    Water: 96 oz

    Total calories: 1335

    Sorry it took me so long to respond...my hubby was off and its hard to break away...He thinks I should revolve around him when he is home
    I am so glad you had a good trip...you rested back up yet????

    Breakfast
    1 egg 1/2 slice cheese and 2 thin slices turkey pastrami

    lunch- beef steak and some grilled onions and tomatoes

    Supper-
    3 oz meat
    lima beans
    broccoli and cauliflower and a slice frutose sweetened pumpkin pie ( no crust)
    The pumpkin isnt SBD legal but I will only have a tiny slice

    Here is the plan for today...

    Breakfast- 2 eggs 1/2 slice cheese and 1 oz turkey pastrami

    lunch- salmon and a salad with a little grated parm cheese

    supper-
    94%lean ground beef with 1 slice low fat cheese
    okra, and broccoli???

    snack-
    some turkey breast and a tbls cream cheese spread rooled up
    and some low fat cottage cheese and for a treat 1/2 cup light yogurt

    sometimes they take it really personally when we are on the computer and not with them! and ya know - they are definitely worth spending the time with!

    Breakfast- 2 eggs and a few slices lean turkey

    lunch- 3 oz lean ground beef
    1 slice cheese
    1 can of spinach

    snack- 1 can of spinach

    1/2 cup sf yogurt

    supper- 3 oz lean ground beef
    okra

    snack- 1/2 cup sf yogurt ? or a sf cocoa

    lunch-
    can of tuna
    okra, and salad

    snack-
    sf cocoa with skim milk

    supper-
    beef roast
    broccoli and okra?????

    snack- another cup o cocoa
