  • Thirty minutes circuit training at Curves. woo hoo! It felt kind of good!

    Where is everyone? Get off those duffs, you bums!
  • Monday-- 7 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

    Tuesday-- 8 hours walking, bending, squatting, in other words picked huckleberries. (12 pounds!!)

    Wednesday-- 14 minutes stretches, 39 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Thursday-- 3.5 miles today with Jo and Buddy.
  • Thursday- Curves for 30 minutes
  • monday,wednesday, friday - 45mins. 3 mile WATP
  • Friday-- 14 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Hooray! I got my three times in this week!

    30 minutes at Curves
