Monday-- 7 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
Tuesday--
8
hours walking, bending, squatting, in other words picked huckleberries. (12 pounds!!)
Wednesday-- 14 minutes stretches, 39 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
