Sugar Busters Weekly Exercise Board 7/5-7/11

    Exercise every day and see yourself melt away!

  • Monday-- 13 minutes stretches, 38 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Tuesday-- Walked 3 miles with Buddy, Jo went part way with us, then Papa came in the truck and picked her up! She just knew she was special.....she got to go for a walk with Mama, and got to ride in the truck with Papa!!
  • Wednesday-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Wednesday: 15 minutes running in pool
  • Curves- 30 minutes
  • Thursday-- Walked 3 miles with the dogs.....Jo got to walk for awhile again, and then ride home in the truck!!
