I brought it on myself!
Then, I get to settle in to whatever my regular weight loss will be per month. My number one goal is only weigh one time per week. Another forum I am on weighs on Friday so I think that will be it. 
I have tracked my weight weekly since 1999, and I have not been below 190 since APRIL 2003! EGADS! HORROR! Time to do some serious fat dumping 

Just gives us something to work for.
