  • Mon:
    10 min. walk
    19 min. run (Had a sideache I could NOT shake!)
    16 min. stairclimber
    25 min. weights
  • Monday:
    15 min. walk
    15 min. walk (wu/cd)
    20 min. jog
    20 min. walk with stroller
  • Monday: 30 minute run/walk, 100 situps, arm and leg weights

    Tomorrow is my exercise day off (too much due!)

    45 minutes weight lifting
    30 minutes brisk walking
  • 50 crunches
    25 leglifts
  • Tuesday:

    2 3/4-mile walk
    1/4-mile jog
  • Tues:
    35 min. elliptical
    15 min. stairclimber
  • Tuesday:

    90 min yoga class
  • Tuesday:
    30 min. walk
    50 min. walk
    30 min. lap swimming
  • Tuesday I had an awesome day of exercising!

    1 full hour of lifting weights. I really pushed myself too. My form is getting better.
    I actually did the full hour tape of Taebo I have and I haven't done that in probably over a year!!! It was hard, but I pushed myself.
