    Thursday - two hours of dance class to teach plus taking 90 mins of ballet and jazz for myself
    Friday - 45 mins a.m. pilates, 25 mins aerobics, and heavy housework
    Saturday - 25 mins aerobics and heavy housework
    Sunday 45 mins a.m. pilates

    (I'm new to all this, I'm feeling good about what I've done... mainly the fact that I've done something everyday! I can't wait until I have the endurance to go as long as you guys are!)
