I know it varies from day to day...at least I feel good knowing the uptick isn't due to overeating. I know our body weight varies due to how much sodium, fiber, etc...our bodies are processing on any given day and this is normal. With that said, my goal is once again one pound.

I have to admit I didn't know the conversion rate of pounds to kilograms and had to use an online calculator to see what it was. LOL
