flower1 I am sorry you are dealing with hip pain. Honestly your weight loss will have more to do with your calories, so concentrate on that. You've got this!!

Good for you for setting a bonus goal as well. loganandlivsmom - Thanks, I'm trying to focus on my calorie intake and had a small loss so far this month. I've also started going to the pool to do some pool exercises as there is far less pressure on the joints in the water.
I saw my new goal weight, once, but then I struggled last week. I'm back on track and still hopeful that I'll get to 83.0 again before the end of the month.
Yeah - I met my goal today. My goal was 3 lbs and I'm down 3.2 so far for July. I'm going to add a second goal of 1 more pound for a total of 4 lbs for July.

Thanks for the congrats MrBadger and flower1 and congrats to you both! I made my one pound goal and added another goal, but now need to get back the one pound goal! Ugg! Oh well, I know I am basically close to being at maintenance at this point but do want to lose a bit more. I really don't over eat as in binge eating or eat huge meals so I'm not beating myself up over it. I will be happy to be at the one pound goal again of 151. I know watching the calories day in and day out that makes the difference, so I will trudge along.
loganandlivsmom: I'm also easing my way into maintenance, with very much of an attitude that this isn't going to be easy and will continue to require trudging along, doing the same things that led to the weight loss. I'm glad that we can support each other in this!
