Arrow July Exercise Challenge

How will you cope with hot weather and exercise in July?

More eye surgery July 15.
My modest goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise.

July3: 60 min water walking
July6: 70 min water walking
July7: 25 min outdoor walk
July9: 40 min outdoor walk

*** Hurricane Beryl and cataract surgery ***

July18: 30 min walk
July20: 30 min water walk

TOTAL MINUTES: 255
