I am 149 and have a goal of 130!!!!!!! I am gonna do it this time!
Last time i got down to 140 but eating garbage and saying i will start over tommorrow let it creep back up on me
So i blame only myself!I am hoping someone here can help me with this,how do you determine banked points for exercise? I do about an hour of cardio a day(5 X a week) and i know i get to take off for this but i do not know how to determine this! Can someone pleeeeeeeaaaaaaase help me! You all seem so nice and i know it will be a fun journey with you all
