Take your pick of a date, but join in on the challenge!
My personal goals are:
- walk 5 days each week
- do abs 3 times each week
- lose 3lbs by July 1 (not a lot, but it will get me down to 155.4!)
This is going to be tough, we have a week of holidays the end of June! Hopefully I can actually lose 5lbs, to allow me a little leaway on holidays!

I would like to be at 169 by July 4th. Thats only 5# but between now and then I have a weekend with my sister and a weekend of apartment shopping with the parents. So there will be lots of eating out. 
I also had an off pts weekend, surprise-surprise! But I am back at it again today. Haven't weighed in in two weeks, so tomorrow is the big day. I think that I will have to pay #'s wise, but next week will be better!
