I worked out last Thursday. Had a raging headache, so didn't work out on Friday. Had plans on Saturday, so I didn't work out, then Sunday I was busy all day. I worked on Monday (finally) and my gosh I felt better!
Wanted to work out yesterday, but couldn't. By this morning I was in a serious funk. I didn't even want to go to my last PT session. Afterward? I no longer feel I'm in a funk!
Part of it is, I think, that I have Seasonal Affect Disorder. Exercise helps with that, but I also get in funks other times during the year if I just sit on my duff. Of course, the more of a funk I'm in, the more like I'm going to want to skip exercise even more! It can be a vicious cycle!
Anyone else like that? Exercise is a HUGE mood booster for me. Like HUGE.
