  • WOOOOHOO!!!!!
GREAT WEEK LADIES!!! BRING ON WEEK 11!!!
  • Way to go, ladies!! Rainbow, so glad you got biggest loser this week since you reached such an awesome milestone (100+ lbs loss AND entering the 200s)!!!

Can't believe we are almost done the challenge! Watch out, week 11!!
  • Yes- you ladies are AMAZING.

Rwquilts- I hope you'll share some before & after pics with us. I'm trying to picture the difference in my head. QUite the accomplishment in only 11 Months!! Well done!

I hope everyone had a good weekend. For those on the east coast I hope life is getting back to 'normal'.

I am having personality issues with my daughter's soccer coaches and it's driving me a bit batty right now. They need to get off their high horses & just learn to coach. Could get dicey as I'm the Team Manager. Currently thinking of passing the torch to someone else and it's only been a month- lovely...
Have a great evening & lets rock this week!
  • I can't believe I forgot about the weigh-in. So sorry! I guess I'll just hang around as an unofficial member for the rest of the challenge, if that is ok.
  • Good job everyone!!!!

I survived 180 minutes of spin in three days. My blood sugar was so low when I got home just now that I ate the peanuts I was saving for tonight's WW pad thai. Whoops.
  • Wow, it's hard to believe we only have 3 weeks left in the challenge! I feel like I am in a good place right now as far as exercising and eating right. Sometimes, I get so overwhelmed with information that I end up sabotaging myself

Congratulations Rainbow Smiles for being our BL this week I saw the pictures from the other thread and WOW! You are doing awesome and should be so proud of yourself!!!

Congratulations to Rosa, RWquilts and shanhat as well. Way to go ladies!

Mel - I hope you can get things worked out with the soccer coaches.
MonteCristo - Yes, definitely hang around!

  • Yahoo rainbow!!!

Great job rosa, rwquilts, and shanhat!

Sorry I haven't been around much - worked all weekend, now getting all my stuff ready for vacation. I bought a new lighter suitcase, but it's smaller than my old one. Fortunately my clothes are a lot smaller than my last trip 1 1/2 years ago, so I hope it all fits in OK.

I am still very frustrated with the scale. I feel like I'm doing everything right, and getting punished for it. I think this vacation is just what I need. Not that I'm going completely off plan (I'm trying to fit 40 Medifast/Atkins bars in the suitcase), but I'm not going to stress over every bite. And I WILL enjoy some fresh Guinness or Power's whiskey every day.

    Stay strong, red team!
  • Well, I got some NSVs to make up for the scale being a b***h lately.

I ran today - all 3 miles were under 13 minutes - first time I've broke 13 minutes for ANY mile. And my 5k time was under 40 minutes for the first time! Yahoo!

I finally found tall boots that fit! I've been searching for at least 3 years. I love them so much, I went out and found skinny jeans to tuck in to them so I can show them off.

OK, enough goofing off - must go pack!
