I just got home from a long weekend away, and was so excited to see I was the biggest loser for my team this week! Yay me! I ate a little too much 2 of the days I was gone, but now that I've synced my Fitbit I seem to have worked most of it off.

I exercised every day while I was gone, which is a huge change from just 6 months ago. Today I tried something way different - I did my couch to 5K workout on the beach, barefoot. I was a lot slower, and I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow, but I liked it a lot.

retiredone, I do NOT want summer to end. I have a convertible, and I want that top down as much as humanly possible.



And the heat doesn't bother me nearly as much as it used to. Although last summer was better than the year before, this year I'm handling it even better. And we've had a HOT summer - lots more 90+ degree days than usual.
Time to start some laundry, then off to meet friends with the top down!
