  • Did someone start a July thread? If I misssed it please point me in the right direction. Otherwise....

    My May goal was 166. I did not make it but I did not gain and that is the most important thing to me. So my July goal is 166. I am 167.5 this morning.

    My July Goal is to lose 4 pounds. I want to weigh less than 122lbs for my holiday to France at the beginning of August.
    Hopefully I can stick to my diet this month - I'm determined!
  • My July goal is 168!!! I started the month at 173.4, but after the 4th of the July it was up to 178.8.... whoops!!! I was 176.6 this am so I've got about 7.5 lbs! I think I can do it!

    The past week has been a hard one. My clothes are fitting tight lately.. Got on the scale to reel reality back in and it said 131.2. Hope to be at 125 by the end of July. Nothing I can't handle. Speaking of handles.. my love handles are back and those pesky things make me feel horrible. Working on this. I'm moving at the end of the month so I hope the extra exercise from packing and all that will increase my odds. I'll update this when I weigh in tomorrow morning.

  • My July goal will be to lose 4lbs. Normally I go for more but this month is going to be challenging for me. I have just found out that my mother is sick and I will be traveling back and forth a good bit to NC to be with her and find out exactly what is going on and treatments. Additionally we have planned a 10 day vacation which will require eating out most meals. Just going to do the best I can and even if I do go over my calorie goals I am going to keep on tracking...and get in as much walking as I can!

    Starting weight for July is 141

  • I want to be at 220 lbs by the end of July! Not a great week this week as had a friend to stay for a few days, so think I will have maintained or lost just a little, but back on plan from tomorrow on.
  • I started walking the dogs this week. It has been fun and they really love it. So maybe I have found a workout plan that I can stick to. Our local farmer's market has been having some great stuff. Oh my! And hubby has been feeling good so he has been grilling alot. Fresh veggies and lean grilled meat, good and on plan. Everything here is going pretty good for a change. I was 167 on the scale this morning so "new low weight"! Yipee I hope everyone has a great weekend.

    Bridgettedavis - the 4th got me too. Luckily the damage will not be permanent.

  • Yesterday was my MIL's 80th birthday. WOW! Its cool thinking about all the different things she has seen.

    I ate too much of my sister in law's wonderful cooking yesterday and I am up on the scale this morning. Mostly water I am sure. She made a shrimp and avocado salad that was awesome. It was just shrimp, celery, green onions, avocados and sourcream.

    I'm still walking the dogs every morning and we are going a little further every day. They are loving it and I am having fun too.

    I hope everyone has a wonderful and "On Plan" week.

  • Glad to see everyone has a goal for July. I seem to do better when I have something to shoot for.

    Right now I am puffy from waaaaaay too much salt and it is about to be TOM so I am up some water weight. But calories and exercise are both good so no worries.
