  • Monday

    30 minutes on ye ole treadmill!
  • Monday---31 minutes on the treadmill. I like being able to say that I did over a half hour. LOL.
  • Yesterday was 30 minutes at Curves and an hour of yoga at my local gym Quite intense.

    Today.. I dont know I may take the day off and get housework done.. or drag my arse up to curves right before they close :P
  • Wednesday Morning---30 minutes on the TM.
  • Monday & Tuesday: shoveling snow and tramping through 2 feet of snow to get an extra trash can.
  • Today: 30 minutes at curves

  • Friday A.M.
    Did 30 minutes on the TM with my phone buddy at 6:10 a.m. That's 3 days this week. We met the M-W-F commitment.

    I was terribly busy all week, but I did not want to neglect my treadmill time. I squeezed in 20 minutes before dinner. That is better than nothing, I guess!
  • 6:10 am??!!! So what's it like to be a morning person?
  • Did 41 minutes on the TM this afternoon. I upped my time because we went out to eat last night. I think that my be one of my new rules. The day after eating out for supper, I do a longer workout.
  • Did 50 tummy crunches and some stretching this evening, ready for my workout at the gym tomorrow and more tummy crunches every day....
