love berries. They are delicious, and they come in small enough packages that they never go bad. Bananas don't usually go bad if you eat one a day.
I've found that moo-tubes/go-gurt/whatever embarrassing name they've given portable yogurt tubes...make great 'on the go' snacks. 70-90 calories. Throw one in your purse in the morning with that banana and you've got a couple things to munch during the day that wont break the calorie-bank.
