I just bought the New Sugar Busters book and there is a reference in chapter 10, page 90. It refers to figures 9 and 10 on page 93, which supposedly give an example of a typical day eating the sugar busters way versus what we normally eat. Page 93 does not contain this info but instead is the list of acceptable /unacceptable foods. If you have the new book, is yours like this? Wondering if it was just an error in the printing. If yours has the sugar busters breakfast, lunch, dinner, vs. what most people eat for those meals, then let me know. I may need to find a copy of the book that is correct.

Mine is the same, however, that is correct. There are no errors in printing. They are saying those are the good foods we consume in a typical for breakfast lunch and dinner. Then they contrast that with figure 10 which are foods that aren't good.
I'll have to check my copy--I got a copy as a b.day gift from hubby.
