I never thought I'd be excited over flour

  • I've been searching for 100% whole white wheat flour. It's just like regular red wheat except it's well, white. It's supposed to have a milder flavor & make softer bread.

    After visiting almost ever grocery store in my county I finally found it. The Fresh Market had it for $5/5 lb bag!!

    I'm planning on making some loaf bread and some dinner rolls.

    Anyone have any good recipes or tips for baking with WW?
