hey guys, i was waiting for this thread to pop up!
looks like it's going to look exactly like last month, but hopefully with a few more minutes in there.
i tried the 50 hour challenge this weekend. While I missed by one class (simply slept in by accident since my studio only offers two classes a day during weekends)- a lot of progress was made. I also got to eat some yummy food

when your body is in high stress, you get to let it have more food/water which was really delicious. i am hoping to try the 50 hour challenge again in a couple of weeks!
