Hi GuysI am just about to join a ww meeting in my local suburb. I have never done it before and have approx 17 kilos to loose - can you give me any advice ? I have heard you get very hungry doing this diet I am presuming this is just bad planning ? also have many of you had good success with it ? I want to give it a try anyway really I am thinking the weekly weigh in will be motivation enough to make me stick to it
