So I know there are a few C25K threads out there already, but they are (for the most part) either dead or have more advanced runners (weeks 8 and 9) carrying on a conversation. If you know of one that isn't please drop me a message
Currently, I am entering Week 4 of the program and have come to the point where I need some support to keep trekking onwards...sooo, I was wondering if there were any more people out there who are just beginning/in the middle of the C25K program as well. Program Graduates are welcome, also, to help give us advice and support! I'm excited to hear from a lot of you guys! 


I'm excited to see you guys here. I recommend starting the program -- yes, it's hard, but I'm already reaping the rewards from it. You can most definitely do it! I couldn't run a minute at the start and now I'm tacking on extra runs because I want to prove to myself that I can ... and I can now! Do you ladies plan to run outside or on the treadmill?
Today is the first day of my "recommitting" - I signed up for a gym membership last week and will be going for the first time after work today... I had tried C25K several months ago but gave up after W1D6 because I got horrible shin splints from running outside
.. so I still have the podcasts on my iPod and will be hitting the gym tonight with purpose!
