Two weeks is a very short period of time, I'd give it much longer than two weeks. What does your eating plan look like?
If you are lifting weights, your body will gain muscle mass, and muscle weighs more than fat, so it's not unusual to gain a bit when first starting. Also, if you aren't used to weight training, as your muscles rebuild, they retain water for a brief time while they rebuild. I work out with a personal trainer who said that it's completely normal to gain before losing. Don't lose hope...I've lost over 30 inches doing weights and cardio.
Good luck! Hope that helps.
I had really bad eating habits. But they've gotten better
breakfast:
eggs + toast + banana
cherrios + banana
bagel and cream cheese + banana
lunch:
salad
chicken wrap
sandwhiches
dinner:
shrimp + pasta
fish on general
grilled chicken + sweet potato
I drink water and have a nutri grain bar or a 100 calorie pack in theday as a snack
okay, so I'll continue doing what I'm doing and hopefully in a few more weeks, write a good update!
