What? She stops me every time she sees me and asks what I'm doing and I keep telling her the same thing over and over again. Today she got a little upset because I hadn't written it out yet.
A). I didn't know she wanted me to. B). I'm not a science experiment! And I'm not a diet book. I do not eat the same thing every day! How can I write it out? And I don't journal. Six mini meals...200 calories each. For me personally, I've had to play with the nutritional value of those 200 calories. What works for me is not going to work for her.
