Hey Everyone,
So I'm doing a complete overhaul of everything in my life, beginning with my weight. For too long now I've let myself go to always be there for everyone else, which is great but resulted in a flabby, unhappy me. So here I am! I have roughly 110 lbs to go, hopefully over the course of roughly a year. I haven't selected a specific diet but have been creeping along reading reviews. Right now I'm just doing high protein, high fresh fruits and veggies and eliminating all processed "white flour" types of things. Whole grains and such are my new best friend. Anyways just wanted to say hi and thank everyone who's here, it's such a great motivator to see you all!
