Did my treadmill and did 5 more min. than I've been doing. Which is really good for me.. It takes so long to build up where I am....My goal is 30 min. and I'm on 20 now...
Thought I was going to get the day off due to rain, but it stopped and I couldn't come up with a good enough excuse NOT to go, so I did my 4.5 miles with very little jogging in 55:15
