    I was confused on my days today, got in my 3 mile walk with DH this morning around 11:00. Boy was it hot. Just finished my shoulder workout.

  • Got my treadmill walk in today....
  • TUESDAY
    Don't know where I got the umph to go today, but out I did! Did my 4.5 miles in 49:45!

    Wasn't able to get my arse out of the bed to walk yesterday. I guess my body figured it was Labor Day and it wanted it's day off!
  • 20 min on the exercise bike & 40 minutes with weights yesterday.

  • Wednesday:

    Got my walk/job in this morning. Then lifted weights for 15 minutes. Will probably walk again tonite with DH.

    Did get my 3 miles in last nite too.

    Did 4.5 miles in 51:45
  • Did my treadmill and did 5 more min. than I've been doing. Which is really good for me.. It takes so long to build up where I am....My goal is 30 min. and I'm on 20 now...
  • THURSDAY
    Could only muster up enough energy to do a pathetic 4.5 miles walk that took me 1hr 2 min 10 seconds. Very slow! Guess it's better than nothing

    Have any of you SB bought the LESLIE SANSOME WALKING TAPES?

    If so, how do you like them? Did you get the ones with the balls are the waiste elastic bands? Are they worth the money?

    Thought I was going to get the day off due to rain, but it stopped and I couldn't come up with a good enough excuse NOT to go, so I did my 4.5 miles with very little jogging in 55:15
