I would try to NOT look at the weight loss so much at first and instead think of your body changing habits and getting used to that preparing to lose weight. My weight loss was very gradual and very slow....perhaps you will be different....but in the end you WILL lose the weight....takes a lot of persistence sometimes. Not meaning to discourage you in any way....just help keep a sense of possible reality. I go on stabilization Thursday....it WILL work over time.
