  • Recovering after a Sunday of absolutely HORRIBLE eating...I really have to be good today!

  • Good morning Jayne (and Jen too!)

    I am doing horribly lately, but I know one of these days, it will be my "click" again and I will start losing. I have every intention of staying OP today.....need support!!

    (breakfast kills me, I want a muffin, but can't have one, they are at least 6 points, and this is what starts my downhill slide to over points. So, I am going to drink my coffee for now, and if I get hungry, I will run down to the cafeteria and get a banana!)

    Well, for the first day in months, I actually stayed OP all day yesterday, and finished at 18 pts., but I didn't get my walking in. Today is a new day though!!
