Losing more brain cells than fat cells, I think. I said much earlier today that I would be posting my menus and then I totally forgot.

Oh well, I'm here now.
I'm trying to increase my fat and decrease my protein just for a couple of days. Sort of a modified Atkins Fat Fast.
B:
1 egg
1 slice low carb bread
2 tsp butter
1/2 avacado
1 tbsp cream cheese
L:
sliced beef wrapped around cream cheese & pickle
fried chicken leg
lettuce & tomato and mayo
S:
whipped cream and peanut butter (yummy)
mixed slightly and frozen in a custard cup.
D:
2 pieces fried chicken
stir fry zucchini, red pepper, green onion and mushrooms
