I lost 1.5 pounds since Friday so that's nice. I didn't do well on a test in school though and it's kind of got me bumming. Update: I did got to the gym and I feel better - less stressed. It's amazing how you can feel better doing something you really didn't want to do.

I don't think that they slow me down, but I have never really tested it before. I think it is different with everyone. Like with me I know that cucumbers make me retain water...no idea why.
