Its my own fault - can't blame anyone else but me. I've had a very emotional rollercoaster ride type week and I turned to food for comfort so a gain wasn't unexpected - I've got my

I'm going to continue zig-zagging calories since I seem to be "on it" at the moment, although today at home might be a challenge! I've just been to Waitrose and stocked up on good healthy food, but I've got a nice wholemeal scone and a rocky road choccy bar
but I think today is a 2000kcal day!
Unfortunately kickboxing is cancelled, so I won't get the BURN, but I might do some weights on my own.
