Hi all.Well I weighed in this AM and I was exactly 250. I have been pretty good so I bet it was just a natural fluctuation.When I made my wild rice last night I used some beef bouillon and I think it made me retain water.
I have weighed myself this morning and I lost 2 lbs finally, this week I cut way down on my carb intake and I really think that it helped, because I even have my monthly vistor and I don't usually lose then What a pleasant surprise!!! So I've lost a total of 3 lbs in 4 1/2 weeks. But still not doing as well as my hubby who is now at 17 lbs lost just don't get it but I love him still!
