Friday Planning
So I really need to plan today. I'm stuck at work from 8 until 9, at a hotel. I was hoping that I would get to sneak away for lunch but it looks like I'm going to be here either either food from the hotel place, or eating the catered food from our buffet.
B:Yogurt (200) and coffee (50)
L: Baked chicken and veggies (I think)
S: Fruit of some kind
D: Zucchini, Rice and Tomatoes (250)
S: More fruit
