So I really need to plan today. I'm stuck at work from 8 until 9, at a hotel. I was hoping that I would get to sneak away for lunch but it looks like I'm going to be here either either food from the hotel place, or eating the catered food from our buffet.
B:Yogurt (200) and coffee (50)
L: Baked chicken and veggies (I think)
S: Fruit of some kind
D: Zucchini, Rice and Tomatoes (250)
S: More fruit
B: egg whites w/ spinach, ff milk
S: apple and almonds
L: crab cake and vegetable soup
S: kiwi and yogurt
D: boiled shrimp, beans, and a veggie
WastedThermos - I use to hate when I would get stuck at work for lunch and then end up having eat at the cafeteria buffet. Good luck finding something
B: Egg White
S: Baby Carrots
L: 2 Slices Cheese Pizza (I had a lunch meeting and I considered bring my lunch eventhough they were going to have pizza but I decided if I was going to sit in a room with everyone else eating it and not then I would be more likely to binge later)
D: Roasted Chicken, mashed potatos and some type of veggie.
S: IDK it depends on how the night goes.
Water: 3 Liters
WO: 40 minutes walking outside and I'm going to try and get at least 30 minutes on my treadmill.
