Hi guys

I don't know if you guys ever feel like this, but sometimes I am so stressed out and disappointed with myself for failing that I don't want to read through this forum and feel ashamed for disappointing everyone.

so I thought that perhaps we could have this page reserved specially for hugs and kisses so that on those days whereby we just can't go through the rest of the forum, we can at least come into this thread and receive and give some loving?

I messed up today and really feel like giving up..but i know that I can't be impatient and expect a quick fix and miracle overnight. So I just want to give myself and everyone else who is struggling a big giant

over the net!

We can do it! Our dreams can come true....

remember SLOW but steady and we will get there!

Centrestage, I think this is a lovely idea.

I remember we had a similar thread somewhere once... where people could go when they needed a little nurturing or some good vibes/prayers/etc.

for everyone! I fall off the "horse" a lot but I keep coming back to at least give support to other women. I dunno maybe I don't belong here, but I just enjoy the people.

I'm going to re-try AGAIN to behave myself starting tomorrow.

fell off the bandwagon today. was very conscious of my eating and ate very slowly but I just couldn't stop....it's back to square one. sigh..

got to pick myself up, give myself a hug and try again tomorrow.

Hi girls! I'm new to this thread and wanted to say what a great idea for support! I have been bulimic for 14 years on and off. I quit binging and purging about a year ago and shot up in weight. I still have bad days, and fall of the wagon too. It's nice to know I'm not alone. ED and weight issues are so private for me (only my hubbie knows about the bulimia). It's so nice to get a hug, even if it is via the Internet. I actually feel good today because of this forum!
