I am not sure if I am supposed to post this stuff but here is a good tip from JC:

Trim Calories the Sneaky Way!
Want to learn a trick to eat fewer calories? At your next meal, look closely at your 3 Hour plate. What is the food with the least amount of calories? Most typically, it will be your vegetables. Go ahead and eat all the veggies to take the edge off your hunger. After that, eat the next lowest calorie item until it's gone. Save the highest-calorie item for last. Don't forget to drink plenty of water with your meal. You may surprise yourself-you're too full to finish your food! And you'll be sure to eat enough nutrient-rich foods that your body desperately needs. Isn't it fun to trick your body into losing weight-and still feel satisfied?
Great tip! I have been working on getting my daily amounts of fruits and veggies. My "snacks" were starting to look more like "treats". Plus, 100 calories of most veggies is a lot of food!
My latest fave is carrot sticks or some other veggie with hummus as a dip. Mmm! I bought the spicy kind to help me drink my water... it's working.
