Talking Feel much better!
Just wanted to let everyone know that I feel much better today - I did add in some milk and I also drank a lot more water. Didn't add the legumes in yet but will probably today.

Thanks for the encouragement and tips! Oh! And the scale was down some today as well! I'll wait and see if it sticks before I change my ticker, though!
