It is a little mini-kernal of wheat. I usually have them cold with yogurt and raisins or other dried fruit. This is the first time I ever had them with vegetables.

I have to get to the store-Trader Joe's probably has wheat berries I would imagine.

Donna...such a wonder woman...grinding your own flour!!! and with six kids...you must be from a different century LOL

If you have a Natural Food store, will be with all the grains - barley, oats,...

If you don't, you'll have to ask, my grocery store has them near the flour.
