Sounds YUMMY! But................ok putting the dence cap on here but....what is a wheat berry?

It is a little mini-kernal of wheat. I usually have them cold with yogurt and raisins or other dried fruit. This is the first time I ever had them with vegetables.

I buy them to grind my own ww flour.
The stew sounds yummy!

I have to get to the store-Trader Joe's probably has wheat berries I would imagine.

Donna is amazing isn't she?!?!? So where do I find these wheat berries, in what section of a grocery store?

If you have a Natural Food store, will be with all the grains - barley, oats,...

If you don't, you'll have to ask, my grocery store has them near the flour.
