I started Phase 1 on July 1st @ 186, I had gotten down to 173

....But now im back up @ 180

how did i do this?

...Also Im afraid of moving on to Phase 2, how do i do it without gaining back more weight? Should i stay on Phase 1 till i lose a lil more? Ne help and suggestions would be very apperciated, im feeling really discouraged and disappointed in myself right now.
