Rox, why don't you post a typical day of eating for us. We'll see if we can help you.
Are you drinking plenty of water?

Good idea, Ellis. Also, Rox, how hot is it where you live? Sometimes heat can cause water retention? Is it TOM?

Ok heres my typical day:
Breakfast: 2 eggs (soft boiled usually or scambled)
Snack: Part Skim Mozzerela stick
Lunch: Large Salad w/ italian dressing
Snack: (if im hungry) Part Skim Mozzerela stick or some nuts
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast w/veggies or a large salad

Its not that TOM, but it has gotten a lil hot out here lately. My menu seems to be pretty bland, could that cause me to gain weight? I get frusterated really easy when it comes to my weight, ive never really been able to lose, and SBD seemed to be working for me, then i gained and now im really discouraged. Oh, also Ive only been drinking water.

I'd suggest eating more at b'fast. It can help to rev up your metabolism. I've heard that the experts recommend 400 cal in the morning. Don't give up...it will work eventually. Stopping now will only make it worse! You can do it!!

SugarRox you might want to take a look at the ingredients in your Italian dressing also. So far I haven't been able to find one that doesn't have lots of sugar or one of the "oses" in it.

Are exercising? This has happened to me. I'm exercising and on Phase 2. I have gained back what I lost on Phase 1 but I am dropping inches getting into clothes I haven't gotten into in awhile. My blood sugar as even lowered. My dietian said the scales will move.
