Default creatine, how much?

Hi everyone! How much creatine do you use? When do you take it? And how? With juice...water(heard its hard on the stomach), any other ideas?

I personally have never used creatine, I use glutamine for muscle soreness and glucosamine for joints... Vit. E, C and a calcium/magnesium sup...
