Well, I have one day of "not snacking on leftover Easter candy" under my belt!! Hooray - let's go for another day....

Finished off the last blasted reeses peanut butter egg yesterday!
Feeling better today too.

Breakfast:
coffee
quaker corn bran 3/3
vitamin c

lunch:
chopped spinach
turkey chili 2/5
guiltless gourmet chips 2/7

snack:
nf yoghurt 2/9
luna bar 4/13

???????

dinner:
shrimp stir fry?
asparagus

carbs: too many

vitamin: si, si
water: perhaps in the form of herbal tea

exercise: 25 min dog putter done
25 min cardio (slow) this afternoon
