Default olives

olives are a core food- but is it black or green olives?
or both?

I don't eat olives very often. They are not my favorite, but I don't hate them. If their CORE, I'll eat them. What could I 'hide' them in? I was thinking spaghetti sauce or meatloaf.

Black olives taste good in salad with a balsamic vinagrette dressing.
