Wink Tuesday Chat, October 5th

Good Morning,

Yeppers I'm up very early, or very late, how ever you look at it. DD woke me crying (you know, like 3 year olds do in their sleep), so then I started thinking about work and the drill sargent of a boss I'll have in a few weeks, and viola!!! here I am. This guy they are interviewing (for the 2nd time ) just got out of the military after 21 years, so this will be his 2nd job (in 3 years) OY VEY, I'm screwed. He can't even dress, he wore a gray suit w/brown shoes...what the ??? anyway, I felt like I had to drop and give him 50 by the time we were done talking. He made me feel like a criminal and it was HIS interview...no poop! sigh.

Anyway, I'm gonna have fun until he arrives...a few sick days, some long lunches, you know, maybe get my nails done...(if I had em).

How's everyone's tuesday so far.

Brenda don't tell me you caved for the "c" shhhhhhhhhh won't say it. You were OP right ?

(I was sitting here typing this and Leo crawled up my back from the chair and is laying over my shoulder. lol)

Morning.....nothing like 7 hours sleep! WOOHOO! That is the first reasonable nights sleeps I have had since I don't know when! Took a sleeping pill around 10:30 cause I was so OVER tired I couldn't get to sleep....that was the last I knew until 5:30 this morning. I can take that!
I went for a walk last night which felt good and watered down my wine so that was less and maybe that is the trick I need to break this stinking sleep pattern I am in.

Leenie: Seems like I passed on my sleep issues to you! Sorry about DD. Hope she is better today. Being married to a man who loves and lived the military....(his father was a career military man) I can appreciate what you are going through at work. They just LOVE order! Hang in there.

Brenda: Cute kitty! A girlfriend of mine doesn't like cats and once I asked her why she didn't like them. She said "because they always look like they are up to something". I said "they ARE!" Looks like Leo had a motive for his affection this morning.

Well, hopefully I keep some energy throughout the day today and can also get another good nights sleep tonight. PLEEEEEEASE!

Leenie:Wear that eye candy outfit

Brenda: Ya know....if it wasn't in the house, ya couldn't eat it course, then you'd do like I do.....stand in front of the open refrigerator and whine "theres nothing to eat in this hooooouse!"

Jane: I wondered who stole my sleep last night!

TG: Glad you had fun in Vegas! Did you get to see the fremont street thing?

Well, cross your fingers for me ladies.....I had a tiny bit of pink yesterday so Im hoping to be back in the purple by the time I get home today....I'm going to get right on the treadmill when I get in since I bought into the equator trek this month!

Jane: Ok, you must have robbed us all because I'm not feeling too awake today. Glad you got some sleep!!!

TG: Welcome back and glad you had fun. Sorry about the cold though. I hear you on the 1 bathroom problem. I feel more sorry for my DH than I do for me though---there's THREE females in this family to his 1 male (ok, we're not counting 4 legged creatures here).

Marie: Pink? Purple? Ok, I'm guessing you're talking pee sticks. I'll cross my fingers for ya. And yup, payday's my favorite day cuz that's when we get food. lol

Ok. So far OP (if you don't count the Slimfast LC bar DH told me to try). It was icky. lol. So I'm going strong today Not only because I'm ashamed I gave in 2 days in a row....but because my pants feel tight again and I don't like that. lol. I need some more new pants cuz they seem to fit better.

lol! Brenda- we buy LOTS of food because all 3 of us eat differently.....neither of them WANT to eat what I eat, and I wont LET the DD eat what the DH eats.....so our fridge can be stuffed to the gills with food and I STILL wont find anything to eat.....of course, these days my part of the fride is limited to the Deli drawer and the veggie drawer

Marie: We don't keep much in the deli or veggie drawer. Our lunch meat sits on the regular shelves. Our cheese and salad is the only thing in our drawers I can eat. And that's getting slim pickings.
