Had a good weekend. I splurged on friday night (not binged though, just had a big meal out). I ran yesterday and saturday. I watched the Olympics, shopped and did some unpacking. Nothing too exciting!
Hey Ali! I had a good weekend, but I did eat most of my flexpoints. I journalled everythign that went in or near my mouth though It was a b-day party so I had to eat some homemade cheesecake!!
I got lots of wedding stuff done on teh weekend but found out my bridesmaids dresses aren't in til first week of Oct - I am MAD!!!!
Belle: I am almost through my flexpoints too, but did lots of exercise so yah! They are releasing the new WW program. Seems a lot more restrictive though, but probably close enough to how I eat anyway, but I still like having flexibility... when I go off track on a strict eating regime I feel like I messed up, but I like having the breathing room with WW to make mistakes and easily make up for them..
Belle: Just checked myself. We can still follow flexpoints. I do best with counting, I tend to let my portions get to big otherwise so I am sticking with flex. You are not a dork!
Ali, are you going to meetings again on a regular basis or just once a month? Must be nice to be lifetime - you can go whenever and not pay, eh? NICE. I am switching my times to lunch hours on Tuesdays b/c wed night is really hard to make - I have to rush home and I often miss it with working late etc. But I can go any day at lunch downtown here, which makes it way easier. Tuesdays seem to work for me as they aren't so busy - end of teh week is way worse!
I would try the not counting thing, but personally, I need to count too -it's how I am accountable!
Belle: regular basis, it's the only way I stay accountable... Once I stop I slide. I have been going five weeks in a row though Yup I have to pay which kind of bites right now (5.5lbs away from it being free). I chose Tuesday nights at 7pm, the only one that really works for me.
My parents will be selling my childhood home which makes me sad but I know they have to.
