Wendie Plan
Hi everyone. I'm not sure if any of you are familiar with the Wendie plan (based on WW points), but I just wanted to share my experience. I had hit a plateau for a few weeks where I was doing everything perfect but the scale just wouldn't budge. So, I tried the Wendie plan, where I alternated my points between low and high point days to give my metabolism a little boost, and it worked!! I lost 3 lbs. last week! I'm going to do it another week and see if I have the same results. It's definately worth trying!
