Wendie Plan

  • Hi everyone. I'm not sure if any of you are familiar with the Wendie plan (based on WW points), but I just wanted to share my experience. I had hit a plateau for a few weeks where I was doing everything perfect but the scale just wouldn't budge. So, I tried the Wendie plan, where I alternated my points between low and high point days to give my metabolism a little boost, and it worked!! I lost 3 lbs. last week! I'm going to do it another week and see if I have the same results. It's definately worth trying!

    I had the same problem with a plateau and I also tried the Wendie plan and I lost 5 pounds in just 2 weeks. I had not seen the scales move in weeks so I am also going to try sticking with this plan. It seems to be working well. Let me know if you are still giving it a try.

  • I have a question about the wendie plan. Can you still do with the the new system with flex points? Do you just use your flex points for your high days. I am allowed 22pts until I lose another 6.5lbs or so
  • I just was reading on Dotties site..they had taken the Wendie plan off the site.Did you have a Wendie site ,cause other than there ,I never heard of it.
  • I did the Wendie plan again last week and lost another 2 lbs., making that a total of 27 lbs. and 22 & 3/4 inches since the 12th of Jan. I'm thrilled. Needless to say, that I too am continuing to follow her plan. As for using your flex points with the Wendie plan, it really doesn't work that way. She has 1 super high points day and the rest alternate by a few points. She has all the different point ranges to follow according to your weight, so take a look and give it a try. I HIGHLY recommend it and it's fantastic being allowed treats once a week on your high points day.
