Hi Everyone,

Well, I am really tired right now, but I feel hyper and can't rest. My back is aching something awful. I took medication and hope that it goes to work soon.
Today our TOPS chapter hosted the spring workshop. We set up the tables yesterday, but had to be there by 8:30 this morning to get the coffee going . People started coming about 15 minutes after we got there for the 10 AM workshop. The workshop was very interesting, especially learning about all the new rules and I taught one of the sessions, which was enjoyable.
Our coordinator will be retiring later this summer and our area captain will be the new coordinator. She is very good and easy to talk to. I liked the one retiring too, and will miss her.

Wanda, with your weight loss this week. When is your SRD? Ours is the 16th, and 17th of April, about 4 weeks from now. We have 21 from our chapter going this year. I'm looking forward to it. It's always a lot of fun. And your Valentine fund raiser sounds like a real winner. We'll have to keep it in mind for later. It would probably be good to have for Mother's day.

Penny...Don't you just love the SBD's thread. There are so many posting so fast that I usually don't read them all, but it's very interesting. I haven't done well on my 5# challenge this week. We ate pizza for dinner last night and I didn't even weigh this morning. I didn't want to know. Now, I have to get on track and stay there. on losing the 5#.

Sherri...Sounds like you are doing good with your weight while pregnant. And staying on track by eating sensible. Hope everything goes well for you in the custody case. Take care of yourself.
