Default appetite suppressant vs "miracle" pill

I am not looking for any pills that will do the hard work for me....as I know that there is not a pill out there that can take me to the gym or make me make healthy eating decisions....HOWEVER, I would love to hear peoples thoughts, opinions, experiences on any type of product that can help suppress my hunger.....currently I am not too hungry all the time....I do eat something healthy every 2 hrs but reguardless of that fact....I do have CRAVINGS for all the "good" stuff like a greasy burger, a big honken piece of cake or a nice bowl of ice cream. These urges seem to hit me after dinner around 7 or 8......and reguardless what I eat - it doesn't really seem to lessen that urge....I have the motivation to stay the course - but a little help from time to time woudn't hurt either!

I'm wondering if there is somebody out there that can share their experiences with me on dealing with this.

(32, M, 270, goal = not sure yet....probably 220ish)

Here is what I would recommend... I think it is okay to periodically have a treat of some sort (i.e. chocolate, soda, etc.) as long as it is in moderation, and not too often. You are probably getting these urges b/c you are always thinking about the darn stuff, you know? Give in a little tiny bit, and keep it at that... Believe me, you do not want to be taking any pills...
