Default How many points in dry cereal

Anyone know how many points would be in dry Cereal? I have like frost flakes and fruit loops lol. Also anyone know how much of it would add up to the points to?

Each brand and variety is different. You need to know the calories, fat and fiber numbers to get the points. The Kashi brand of cereals are good low-point ones.
